Example usage: fresh checkout of an NPM managed project and you want to install all dependencies (but not change them) to begin development.

😨 Very sorry that I missed this! I'll get to this by this weekend. You can currently run npm instal without arguments by just hitting when it prompts you for a package to install (i.e leave it blank) but this is ofc a hack and I like your idea @steve-m-ny :) |

Due to terrible package maiantenance by me, I am just getting to this now :) I changed the menu text slightly, linted the docstring on the function you added, and then ofc since CI hasn't ran here in over a year I needed to do some bumping. Thanks for contributing this change, it's nice and clear now how to use the install option when you just want to sync deps or start from scratch 👍 :) |

I often find myself wanting to run npm install without arguments. I don't think I'm able to do that (maybe I am and I'm not sure how? I could have missed something). This allows such an operation.
I'm happy to make changes as suggested.
